CURRICULUM & COMMUNITY
The right culinary school is made up of two essential elements: the right community and the right curriculum. We offer both of these at L'Academie de Cuisine.
At L'Academie de Cuisine, a top ten culinary and pastry school, we have nurtured our close-knit community of graduates for more than 40 years. Each student spends 80% of their classroom time in hands-on kitchen instruction and our small class size fosters a personalized learning experience.
Every L'Academie education culminates in a six month paid apprenticeship, which often leads to a job immediately following graduation. L'Academie de Cuisine graduates are well-equipped with the training, credibility, and experience they need to succeed.

Our culinary and pastry programs begin regularly throughout the year. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis up to two weeks before class start. Due to the intimate class size, we encourage you to apply early to ensure placement.
