L’Academie de Cuisine can help you be the best host for your next exciting event. We offer several event formats at our Bethesda locations: Our culinary team building programs are some of the most popular and effective employee bonding experiences available today. We offer several corporate-friendly foodie events. The menu includes classes, challenges, and fully customized unique dining experiences. Each is designed to nourish minds and hearts as well as bodies enjoy a demonstration format, watching your chef prepare a multi-course meal for you and your guests, or participate with your chef and experience your own “hands-on” class.

Great for large groups, that split into teams and work on menu items selected to complete a gourmet meal. Our secret panel of judges scores the meal at the end of the session. Winners receive gift certificates toward L’Academie classes.

Cook, Eat, Drink. Prepare a gourmet meal watching the chef and completing yourself.
Course One (select 1):
*Arugula Salad with Quinoa, Roasted Pears, Fried goat cheese, and Champagne Vinaigrette
*Roasted Root Vegetable Salad with Salsa Verde and Feta
Course Two: (select 1):
*Fried Artichoke hearts with Lemon Aioli
*Cauliflower Croquettes with Tahini Sauce and Pickled Radish
Course Three (select 1):
*Flourless Chocolate Almond Cake with Orange and Chocolate-Bourbon Glaze
*Champagne Zabaglione with Candied Almonds and Seasonal Fruits
We offer classes for 15-24 people. The menu will be decided once a chef has been assigned to the event. All classes serve wine with the meal.
To personalize the event, we can provide our signature LADC aprons to all your guests for $20.00 per apron. Embroidery can be done upon request for an additional charge.
Lunch events are typically scheduled 10:30am-1:30pm, while dinner events are generally 6:30-9:30pm, subject to kitchen availability. L’Academie de Cuisine is not a nut-free environment nor a Kosher kitchen. Allergies and dietary restrictions are discussed when creating the menu.
